ACCOMMODATION SERVICE CONTRACT

PARTIES TO THE CONTRACT

The subject of the contract is the provision of accommodation services by the Provider to the Client.

PERIOD OF ACCOMMODATION

The contract is concluded for a specific period from 17:00 on the date provided by the client in the booking system to 11:00 hours on the date provided by the client in the booking system The Provider is entitled to terminate this contract immediately without notice in the following cases:

• The Client uses the property contrary to this contract without prior written consent of the Provider.
• The Client sublets the house or part of it to a third party without the prior written consent of the Provider.

The Client is required to return the house in its original condition and clean, with consideration for normal wear and tear.

PRICE AND CANCELLATION FEES

The price for the accommodation services is agreed upon by both parties and amounts to price calculated by the booking system upon confirmation. The price includes water, gas, electricity, and access to the house.

The full price will be paid immediately after booking the accommodation or issuing a gift certificate.

Cancellation conditions:

• If the reservation is canceled or changed more than 4 weeks before the accommodation date, the Provider will either reserve a new date free of charge or issue a gift certificate for the value of the accommodation.
• If the reservation is canceled or changed less than 4 weeks but more than 48 hours before the accommodation date, the Provider is entitled to 100% of the already paid accommodation price. However, the Provider offers the Client the option to rebook for an additional fee of 15% of the accommodation price.
• If the reservation is canceled or changed less than 48 hours before the accommodation date, the Provider is entitled to 100% of the already paid accommodation price.

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

Only maximum of 2 people are allowed entry into the building. The building, which is the subject of this contract, is a cultural monument.

The Provider will hand over the premises and equipment to the Client on the agreed date, and the Client will return them at the agreed time in the condition in which they were received.

Smoking, keeping pets, climbing or walking on the roof, and moving furniture or other equipment in the house is strictly prohibited. Breaching this rule will result in a penalty of 5,000 Kč.

The Client must use the property in a way that does not damage the building or its equipment. If the Client causes damage, they are required to reimburse the Provider immediately.

FINAL PROVISIONS

In matters not expressly regulated by this contract, the relationships between the parties are governed by generally binding legal regulations. The contract becomes valid and effective upon payment of the full rental amount. Any amendments or supplements to this contract must be made in writing and by mutual agreement of both parties.
